To achieve actual behavior and mindset change, experiences have to be customized on a wide variety of metrics. By rinsing and repeating the same program without any alterations would be like giving everyone a small two door sports car without taking into account driver height and number of people in the family. Your objectives and your people are unique to your organization. We design and execute events and experiences specific to your group.

Through a formal intake process, we will clearly define the behavior and mindset changes needed and then custom design the experience necessary to achieve these changes!

Examples of previous experiences include purpose and identity workshops, pre-semester administration retreats, strategic planning and ideation sessions, DEIB strategy sessions, special events for faculty to reach agreement on certain controversial initiatives, community events to reduce SUD stigma, and more!

Not every group needs the same things or learns in the same ways. What makes Kristin's approaches unique? Outside of being a multi-potentialite, her unique ability is in her expansive training across disciplines and the ability to bring these together. She is certified and has extensive training in a wide array of psychological and neuroscience-based methods to include LEGO SERIOUS PLAY (LSP), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Event Design Canvas Methodology (EDC), Life Coach Certification, Digital Event Strategist (DES), Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Event Designer (CED), and Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE). Additional in-depth training has been completed in design thinking, speculative design, conflict management, emotional intelligence, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, CliftonStrengths, and BP10.

Although Kristin's facilitation style flexes depending on the needs of the group, she has training and is certified in ToP Methods (complete with sticky walls!), World Cafe Methods, challenge circles, fish bowl conversations, and a variety of non-named methods used in virtual and in-person events. She has experience moderating groups, being a conference emcee, and leading panels.
